COLOPL, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) has established these Streaming Guidelines (hereinafter referred to as “these Guidelines”) for Tsukuyomi: The Divine Hunter to encourage more active communication among players and to allow everyone to enjoy the game comfortably.
Regarding posting and live streaming (collectively referred to as “Streaming,” including recorded and live broadcast videos) of gameplay videos (hereinafter referred to as “Gameplay Videos,” including in-game background music) and images such as screenshots of gameplay (hereinafter referred to as “Gameplay Images”) by individual customers, the Company will not assert copyright infringement claims as long as the activity fully complies with these Guidelines.

Although Streaming of Gameplay Videos or Gameplay Images for commercial purposes is prohibited, customers are permitted to monetize Streaming via the monetization functions of video-sharing platforms only, provided they adhere to these Guidelines.

No prior procedure is required for Streaming Gameplay Videos or Gameplay Images. The Company refrains from responding to individual inquiries. Please carefully read the contents below and decide for yourself.

Content Covered by These Guidelines

These Guidelines apply to Gameplay Videos and Gameplay Images of Tsukuyomi: The Divine Hunter that feature the original characters appearing in the game.

Copyright Notice

When Streaming Gameplay Videos or Gameplay Images of Tsukuyomi: The Divine Hunter on external platforms such as YouTube, please include the following copyright notice in the description field: “©COLOPL, Inc.” If the platform does not have a description field, display the notice visibly with the streamed Gameplay Videos or Images.

Video-sharing platforms

If you use the monetization feature of video-sharing platforms, revenue must be limited to that which is earned through the platform’s monetization system.

Video-sharing platforms

Do not engage in the following activities:

• Any fraudulent acts (including but not limited to cheating, exploiting bugs, or using programs or tools enabling such actions), or activities potentially spreading such misconduct.
• Streaming solely focused on the game’s audio elements, such as background music or sound effects.
• Impersonating the Company or official or approved entities related to Tsukuyomi: The Divine Hunter, or activities causing others to mistake you for such entities. (These Guidelines do not indicate that the Company officially endorses your Streaming.)
• Activities damaging the image of the Company, its group companies, or harming the original worldview and image of the game.
• Violations of public order, morality, or applicable laws and regulations.
• Discriminatory content or slander targeting specific individuals or groups.
• Violent or obscene content.
• Activities related to religion, politics, or anti-social movements.
• For-profit purposes, advertising, or other commercial intentions (excluding revenue through monetization functions provided by video-sharing platforms).
• Activities that infringe or may infringe upon the rights of third parties.
• Streaming content through websites or services restricted to viewers aged 18 or older.
• Using websites or services otherwise deemed inappropriate by the Company.
• Any other activities deemed inappropriate by the Company.

Suspension or Deletion

Regardless of the reason, you must immediately comply if the Company requests suspension or deletion of your Streaming.

Additional Notices

• The content of these Guidelines is subject to change without prior notice. Always check the latest Guidelines before Streaming Gameplay Videos or Gameplay Images. The Company shall not bear any liability for damages resulting from changes to these Guidelines.
• The Company may request platforms hosting Gameplay Videos or Gameplay Images deemed in violation of these Guidelines to remove such content. The Company bears no responsibility for damages arising from such measures.
• The Company provides no guarantee whatsoever, including whether Streaming of Gameplay Videos or Gameplay Images under these Guidelines infringes third-party rights.
• The Company bears no liability for disputes or damages between customers arising from or relating to Streaming Gameplay Videos or Gameplay Images.
• These Guidelines and all activities related to Streaming of Gameplay Videos or Gameplay Images of Tsukuyomi: The Divine Hunter are governed by Japanese law.
