Tsukuyomi: The Divine Hunter Streaming Guidelines

Introduction

Thank you very much for your continued support of Tsukuyomi: The Divine Hunter.
COLOPL, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) has established these Streaming Guidelines (hereinafter referred to as “these Guidelines”) for Tsukuyomi: The Divine Hunter to encourage more active communication among players and to allow everyone to enjoy the game comfortably.
Regarding posting and live streaming (collectively referred to as “Streaming,” including recorded and live broadcast videos) of gameplay videos (hereinafter referred to as “Gameplay Videos,” including in-game background music) and images such as screenshots of gameplay (hereinafter referred to as “Gameplay Images”) by individual customers, the Company will not assert copyright infringement claims as long as the activity fully complies with these Guidelines.

Although Streaming of Gameplay Videos or Gameplay Images for commercial purposes is prohibited, customers are permitted to monetize Streaming via the monetization functions of video-sharing platforms only, provided they adhere to these Guidelines.

No prior procedure is required for Streaming Gameplay Videos or Gameplay Images. The Company refrains from responding to individual inquiries. Please carefully read the contents below and decide for yourself.

Content Covered by These Guidelines

These Guidelines apply to Gameplay Videos and Gameplay Images of Tsukuyomi: The Divine Hunter that feature the original characters appearing in the game.

Compliance Requirements

When Streaming Gameplay Videos or Gameplay Images of Tsukuyomi: The Divine Hunter on external platforms such as YouTube, please include the following copyright notice in the description field: “©COLOPL, Inc.” If the platform does not have a description field, display the notice visibly with the streamed Gameplay Videos or Images.

Video-sharing platforms

If you use the monetization feature of video-sharing platforms, revenue must be limited to that which is earned through the platform’s monetization system.

Suspension or Deletion

Regardless of the reason, you must immediately comply if the Company requests suspension or deletion of your Streaming.
