Thank you for your continuous support of Tsukuyomi: The Divine Hunter. COLOPL, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) actively supports fan creations using the character designs from Tsukuyomi: The Divine Hunter. To ensure users can comfortably enjoy creating derivative works based on Tsukuyomi: The Divine Hunter, we have established these fan creation guidelines (hereinafter referred to as “these Guidelines”). The Company will not assert copyright infringement against certain fan-created derivative works involving Tsukuyomi: The Divine Hunter and its characters, provided these works strictly adhere to these Guidelines. No advance procedures are required for fan creation activities, and the Company will refrain from responding individually to inquiries. Please carefully review the following and use your discretion.

Scope of these Guidelines

These guidelines apply to fan creations using original character designs of Tsukuyomi: The Divine Hunter. Audio works including voices, sound sources, music, lyrics, and other sound-related content are outside the scope of these Guidelines. When using content outside these Guidelines, comply with the rules set forth by the respective rights holders.

Fan Creation Activities Covered

These Guidelines apply exclusively to fan creation activities carried out by individuals or groups without legal corporate status for non-profit purposes, including:

• Creation, exhibition, distribution, and publication of doujin works (fan-created illustrations, manga, novels, etc., including digital works but excluding NFTs based on Tsukuyomi: The Divine Hunter).
• Creation, exhibition, distribution, and publication of cosplay costumes of the characters.
• Creation, exhibition, distribution, and publication of photographs or videos featuring individuals wearing character cosplay costumes.

The Company reserves the right to request cessation of use of fan creations if, after considering production quantity, sale price, nature of the works, or other factors, activities are determined to constitute commercial ventures.

Compliance Requirements

You must comply with the following:

1. Originality: Ensure originality in fan creations. Direct tracing, copying, minor edits, or modifications lacking creativity are prohibited.

2. Individual Activity: Conduct activities strictly on an individual basis.

3. Accountability: Clearly indicate contact information or publicly disclose the creator’s name or account name.

4. No Logo or Copyright Use: Do not use the Company’s logos or copyright notices.

5. Not excessively commercial: Avoid excessively profitable activities, such as selling at significantly higher prices than production costs or repeated sales beyond typical fan activity.

6. Prohibited Activities: Refrain from:

   • Impersonating or presenting oneself as an official or authorized representative of the Company, Tsukuyomi: The Divine Hunter, or any affiliated entities, or engaging in any activity likely to cause such misunderstanding by others. (These Guidelines do not imply official endorsement or authorization by the Company of user-posted content.)
   • Damaging the image of the Company, its group companies, or the original work’s worldview.
   • Creating game-like content.
   • Violating public order, morality, or laws.
   • Creating discriminatory or defamatory content.
   • ligious, political, or antisocial activities.
   • Creating violent or obscene content.
   • Commercial profit, advertising, or other business purposes.
   • Content that infringes or may potentially infringe upon the rights of third parties.
   • Using inappropriate sites or services identified by the Company.
   • Any other activities deemed inappropriate by the Company.

7. Immediate Compliance: Comply immediately if the Company requests cessation of creation or use of any fan-created content.

Additional Notes

1. These Guidelines may be revised without prior notice. Confirm the latest version before engaging in fan creation activities. The Company bears no responsibility for damages caused by changes.
2. Content owned partly or wholly by third parties is excluded from these Guidelines.
3. The Company does not guarantee that using content under these Guidelines is free from third-party rights infringement.
4. The Company may individually request cessation of fan-created works if necessary, including acting on behalf of legitimate rights holders. The Company bears no responsibility for resulting damages.
5. You may be liable for compensation if damages arise due to violations of these Guidelines or Company requests.
6. The Company bears no responsibility for disputes or damages among users related to fan creation activities.
7. The Company will not respond to inquiries regarding these Guidelines.
8. Fan creation activities related to Tsukuyomi: The Divine Hunter are governed by Japanese law.
